The National Center for Sex Education (CENESEX), belonging to the Ministry of Public Health of the Republic of Cuba, invites researchers, academics, teachers, students, social activists, political decision-makers and other interested social actors to the VIII International Colloquium on Trans-Identities, Gender and Culture; to be held in Havana, Cuba, on May 7, 8 and 9, 2024, within the framework of the XVII Cuban Days against Homophobia and Transphobia, with the purpose of continuing the exchange of scientific experiences and social activism, committed to the development of public policies that guarantee the effective exercise of the rights of trans and gender diverse people.
